PRE-PRODUCTION

CAD Drawing

Pre-production services include professional CAD drawings and site map designs for your event. Alongside this we offer a full advancing package including accurate production of specifications, retrieving quotes from our community of suppliers, booking equipment, scheduling for your event and much more.

Precision GPS Mark out

We will provide trained personnel, proficient in the GPS mark out system, transferring your site map CAD drawings onto the ground. With over 20 years of knowledge and experience, our precision mark out service is accurate, adjustable, and adaptable to your needs – we will work with you to ensure the mark out is fully functional for your event.

Crew Boss

Our SAS Crew Chiefs are highly experienced, skilled, and responsible for looking after both our client and crew needs. Our chain of command is an efficient process of communication, ensuring everyone involved has clarity around the task at hand. Crew Chiefs will deliver ‘SAS Toolbox Talks’ in alignment with the standards for your event, including H&S inductions, location information, and practical information as required.

Stage Crew

Our SAS Stage Crew are flexible, having worked on a range of different types of shows and events. Working efficiently and carefully, our Stage Crew will make all jobs run as smooth as possible, ensuring that you get to doors safely and on time. The SAS Stage Crew work as a strong team and have great experience with the unloading and loading of stage trucks, staging, rigging, ground rigging, climbing, plant operating, lighting, PA, video, backline and show calls.

Site Crew

We are proud to send our knowledgeable crew onto sites across the UK and abroad, with years of experience building major festivals and events. SAS proudly supply Crew Chiefs, Team Leaders, First Aiders, experienced Site Crew, Plant Operators, Banksmen, Climbers, Signage, Scaffolding crews, and Runners with vehicles. Our Site Crew are hand-picked for each job, to ensure that we can deliver a smooth build, show, and break, every time.

Plant Operators

We can supply a range of Forklift Operators, including Telehandler Drivers, Straight Mast Operators, Counterbalance Operators. Our Plant Operators are trusted and experienced members of our crew, with whom we have worked with for many years. We guarantee that our team will work safely and efficiently to get the job done. We would strongly recommend that you hire our Banksmen alongside the drivers, to make all their movements much safer.

Working at Height Crew

Site and Stage can also offer fully trained and skilled riggers from our team for your working at height needs. Our riggers are competent, sensible, and always strive to provide a safe and practical service.

WHILE IT’S LIVE

Office Management

We can provide efficient on-site Office Management throughout the build, duration, and break of your event. This includes management of radios, petty cash, schedules, ad-hoc duties and keeping the centre hub of your event running. Your Site Office Manager will be a point of contact, a lead for communication and an effective trouble-shooter.

Runners with Vehicles

We can provide responsible and proactive runners with a full UK driving license. Our runners are reliable, resourceful, and come with a full UK driving license and vehicle hire included.
